Lord Pain Fired From Leadership Following Revolt || Snaily5 to be Reinstated

UPDATE 8:39 AM EST: Elm has also confirmed plans to reinstate Snaily5 in an as of yet unstated owner rank. The leadership of RPF is confirmed as Elmikey, Pjg, Flappy, and Red.

UPDATE September 2, 2013, 8:29 AM EST: In an apparent reversal of an earlier decision, Elmikey has removed Pain from the leadership of RPF and has made plans to return to the army’s original chat once he has obtained the pass, in order to stop the split of RPF. Elm has also shut down the chat that Pain’s RPF made to combat Snaily, who had been and remains main owner on the RPF’s chat.

UPDATE 9:13 PM: Sources now report that Commando717 has decided to side with Snaily, however this is unconfirmed at this time.

UPDATE 7:12 PM: Red Gush24’s loyalists have responded to Snaily’s assertion of Order 112 and her self-promotion to Prime Minister of RPF, see below.

UPDATE 6:50 PM: Major updates regarding the forming of an official “Rebellion” chat have now been formed, see the below post — along with Snaily now declaring herself Prime Minister of RPF.

UPDATE 6:01 PM: After being refused the leadership rank, Pain continues to push Snaily to give him his rank back — see here and here.

UPDATE 5:51 PM: Two updates in this story. In this image, Snaily states that while Elmikey will remain leader for the time being, Pain has been officially removed and it is now “Pain vs. RPF” — see here.

Secondly, Brooke of the RPF confirms that after speaking to Elmikey, he does not plan on supporting Pain’s chat — see here. She is speaking about Elmikey’s claims on RPF around 20 minutes ago, which are yet to be confirmed, with both sides of the opposition claiming different things. See here.

TUXEDO, RPF Empire — After less than 24 hours following Elmikey’s re-appointment of Lord Pain as RPF Leader, Snaily5 has reset the chat and once again fired Pain from the leadership.

Just last night, as reported by CPAC’s Live Blog Feed, Elmikey once again appointed Lord Pain into the rank of the RPF Leadership. Pain has been one of the most controversial figures in armies for months now, one of the most oppressive — but also arguably most talented — leaders of our community. In the past few months, Pain has seen leadership ranks at more armies than I can count at this point. Pain, who has previously held a leadership rank in the army, was fired from that rank only a few weeks ago.

The re-ownering of Pain took place last night — according to the sources who we have talked to at this point, Elmikey simply stated “Pain is now RPF Leader” and ownered him, offering no more information on the subject. Just now, Snaily5 has reset RPF Chat and banned Pain, removing him from the rank of leader.

Above, Snaily informs the troops of RPF that Pain has been removed from the leadership rank after less than 24 hours as incumbent leader. In her post on the RPF site, Snaily said the following.

RPF, as advisor in the leadership ranks, I do hereby officially and completely fire Lord Pain from RPF leadership indefinitely.  The approval of this firing comes from the highest power in RPF, our constitution.  This comes as earlier tonight our leader Elmikey rehired Painas RPF Rebel Commander.

Sorry Pain, RPF is working hard to restore itself to the previous greatness it was and we do not see you as a positive contributor to our goals for the future of RPF.  You will not be added to the RPF site and you will be a member only in our chat, should you desire to visit and behave in compliance to our established rules.  Thank you for your interest.

Towards the beginning of the issue, Elmikey informed Snaily and Sir Pj, who were currently managing Pain’s demotion, that he was making a new RPF chat. This chat was seen as a new chat being formed for all of RPF towards the beginning of the situation, but as it is developing CPAC has learned exclusively that the chat is being overseen by Elmikey and Pain, and that all other RPF Leaders may just have been fired. Civil War may very well be on the horizon for RPF. Below, PJ argues with Snaily over the future of RPF as tensions in the army continue to rise.

Many controversial moves have been made in the Rebel Penguin Federation over the past couple of months since its reformation in early summer, but the firing of major RPF owners and leaders including Snaily5 and Sir PJ would be one of the most controversial moves the army has made in its history. The clear cut sides seem to be Elmikey and Pain against Snaily, which PJ still seeming indecisive. In a comment to CPAC, Snaily said the following.

Elm took it [my post] down and reownered Pain. Within minutes, I had reports of Pain already intimidating the troops and threatening them. Plus, numerous screenshots of “fuck” being said on main. I came into the chat, reset it, changed the password and fired Pain — permanently. Elmikey, unless he rages and starts his banning streak, will remain leader of RPF. If he goes berserk and bans/demotes, I have all of the information stored — everyone will retain their currently ranks, and Elmikey will be removed. I have plans for after that worse case scenario, but I’d rather not go there. Let’s just hope this can be settled peacefully with Elmikey, and he can retain leader — if not, I’m prepared. Many troops are prepared and at the ready — we are taking back RPF. This is civil war? If RPF rips into two, so be it. I fight the good fight, and I’m sick of our troops being abused and mistreated, and bad decisions on behalf of Elmikey. Apparently this army is split into two — I won’t back down, I don’t care. This is for our troops, who have been hurt and mistreated, demoted for no reason, banned for speaking up. Elmikey sees Pain as his savior because he’s overwhelmed. Elmikey doesn’t need Pain, he needs RPF. And RPF is here for him, if he will just treat everyone with respect, kindness, and value.

Arguments fired back and forth on the chat for almost an hour, all pictures regarding those can be seen linked before the Read More break. Just now, we are seeing the official forming of a rebellion chat — led by Red Gush24, he has made an attempt to move the army from their current roots at xat.com/rpfvictory to xat.com/xRPF. In an address to the chat, Red Gush said the following. As of now, we here at CPAC can confirm that the RPF has split into two distinct sides. Snaily5 is harboring her loyalists at the original RPF Chat, while Red Gush24 and Sir Pj are bringing their loyalists to the new chat. Civil war has begun.

Following the forming of this chat and its leadership gaining steam, Snaily took hold of an old clause in one of the original RPF constitutions, known as Order 112. For anyone who would like to read the clause, it can be found on the RPF Acts Page here. Basically, the clause states that in times of extreme unrest, the government of RPF is able to take supreme control — the power of the leaders of the army will become limited, and the Prime Minister will take complete command of the army. In a post on the RPF site, Snaily said the following.

RPF, according to the acts passed within the RPF leadership, I hereby declare myself as the Prime Minister of the U.S.R.P.F as of 3:53 PST on September 1st, 2013.

[…]

This act has been officially declared due to civil unrest from a governmental change instituted as of today in accordance with the dismissal of Lord Pain, RPF‘s leader, who was promoted by Elmikey last week.

Essentially, if the order is to be listened to, Snaily is now in complete control of the Rebel Penguin Federation. The response of Red Gush24 and his loyalists has just come across our thread — as predicted, they do not support Snaily’s self-promotion to Prime Minister. In an address to his chat, Red Gush24 expressed his views and launched the RPF site into lockdown.

Soon after this, Sir Pj informed Red that he was “unable to demote him due to the fact that Commando was planning to demote him [Red]”. Red Gush responded, saying that seeing as here was one of few RPF officials on chat trying to stop Snaily’s “power-grab”, that he believes he will remain leader. Following Pj’s speaking up against the decision that was just made, Red changed plans and now addressed his chat, saying:

We have also been informed that Red Gush will be posting on the RPF site in the near future to lay the groundwork of the voting that is said to take place tomorrow. We await that post and will update you with all the necessary information once it is out. Elmikey, upon logging on has absorbed the original “Rebellion” once again into RPF, and Snaily is nowhere to be seen. Elmikey said the following regarding Snaily and her future in RPF — however, bear in mind that contrary to what some in RPF are claiming, close friends of Snaily assure me that she has not in fact quit RPF, that she had chores to do and anyone who claims that is lying. Elmikey’s statement is below.

She just ruined everything for herself. She is now our #1 enemy, and she had a nice thing going there.

As always, this situation is just developing and you will know everything we know as we know it here at CPA Central. Make sure to stay tuned, as we will be keeping you posted with all the latest updates regarding the possible coup of Elmikey, and rumbles of a civil war inside the army on the horizon. For CPAC, I’m Bluesockwa1, signing off.

  12. I totally know what Pain’s evilness is. I decide to stay with Snaily5. I don’t know what else to believe in. I can’t really go on another side. I say Lord Pain out of RPF I don’t want him there or here. I decide to stand my opinion with Snaily, I don’t care what anyone else say about me but I am planning in leaving RPF if this gets worst. If you, people with Lord Pain want this conflict, bring it! I don’t wanna be with Pain and my inactiveness rightnow won’t prove me wrong. Peace out.

    • I’m with you, I don’t agree with Elm’s deductions but I won’t back away from the fight. They can fire me for all I care but I’ll still be there.

    • If Snaily really cared about RPF, would she have caused the hours of chaos that happened?

      • Lord Pain damns armies. Either way you go it will not be stable. An inexperienced leader or a ruthless dictator. One that cares for the troops and sees them as people, or one that sees troops as a number that can be replaced.

      • You’re dead wrong and dishonorable person. You never take a stand on anything in public and choose popularity over what you believe. Cowardness it not a trait of a leader. You are power hungry because all you care about is rank. I care about people and I contribute great things to RPF regardless of rank. I fought the good fight for my army, for our amazing troops/people, and for the future of RPF, and won. Thank you everyone for your support, loyalty, and patience during a time of justice and doing what was in the people’s best interest. Fight for what is right, always.

        • If you’d have come to me or Elm before you did all that, one of us could have told you that we planned on firing Pain soon anyway. Pain was only meant to be a temporary leader, and he was going to be removed from the army very soon. I hate Pain, I was going to take action and he would have been removed. Thanks to you, I never got to do that. If I’m a coward, I would have never taken a stand both times Pain was made leader. Both times I tried to get him removed. Just because I didn’t take a stand against Pain publicly doesn’t mean I did nothing.

  22. *Facepalm* RPF is tearing themselves apart. They’re trying to rebuild themselves, but I don’t see that happening any time soon. They can’t go a few weeks without getting into a war with someone (even themselves). I doubt that RPF will ever be able to completely rebuild themselves the way they are looking now.
