What Makes a Great Leader?

From the creation of CP armies, people have wondered “What makes a great leader?” Well a great leader knows how to get stuff done, how to do his job, when to let a situation slide, or when to take control. Now you must be thinking “What is he talking about?” Lets find out.A great leader has certain qualities that he needs to be a great leader. He needs to be liked, respected, fun, easy to talk to, powerful, not to be hated  and more. Now you must be wondering “Yeah you need those things, but how do you acquire those things?”

You need to make those qualities involved in how you handle situations. To be fun, for example you need to have fun events. You cant expect to be fun without doing anything actually fun. You need to have events like Movie night, game night, Xbox night etc.

To be respected you have to be chill. Respect isn’t forced its earned. You don’t gain respect by going on CP for 4 hours and cussing at them. You need to make rewards and punishments for those who break rules and prosper in the army.

Powerful. You seem to think powerful as Top 10 or Top 5 army leader. No, that is a show of power but true power is not letting anyone talk trash, letting anyone be disrespected and taking control of situations. When you see two people fighting on chat, going at each other, you need to take control and stop the fight. Not by being all mean because then you’ll gain hate, but being like chill like “Guys, stop fighting. Take a chill pill. Chill pills usually calm me down.”

A great leader has to at least attempt to make a personal connection between each troop and himself. If you establish a personal connection with all the troops, you’ll definitely be liked and respected.

You can’t be hated by your troops. If you’re hated and you’re telling them to stay in the army, you should just let them leave. You screwed up with them. They hate you. For example a certain leader is hated and well known for disrespecting troops. Although he makes it to the top 10 and creates great rises in the army, ask the troops if they truly want to be there. If they say “Yes” then the army has a bright future, but if not the army is at a temporary thrive.

In the end a great leader is a great troop as well. A great leader isn’t great in a sudden jolt or lightning strike it takes time. You have to have great qualities and have to know when to do what. Cursing at your troops, forcing them to log on doesn’t make you a great leader, it makes you a pesk. A great leader has these qualities and are just awesome at leading.

    • You see, I put all of the prominent leaders of an army who met the requirements so it’s split, but for RPF I could only find him so most likely all the RPF will vote for him. AR is split between A,You,Vinny for example, while RPF is only Starrk

  14. Starrk really is better than all of these people. Just because he didn’t lead a Top 3 army made him not as recognized, but he has just as good if not much better leading skills AND recruiting skills then 99% of these people.
